Returns & Exchanges Policy

For all purchases made on soccerfanatic.ca, we will gladly exchange or issue a full refund within 15 days from the order’s ship date on regular-priced merchandise only.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If an item arrives defective or damaged during shipping, return it to us and The Soccer Fanatic will issue a replacement or full credit.

  • Products with manufacturer defects may be returned within 30 days of purchase for inspection.

    • If approved, a refund or exchange will be issued.

    • After 30 days, manufacturer-defective items must be handled directly with the manufacturer by the customer.

Please refer to our Defective Product Policy for additional details on used, defective, or damaged items.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Customized, worn, or laundered items of any kind

  • Warm-up suits or items sold as a set (must be returned as a complete set)

  • Team uniforms customized with player numbers, names, logos, crests, or artwork

  • Items purchased from a Soccer Fanatic retail store (not soccerfanatic.ca)

  • Gift cards and online credit notes

  • Sale items discounted 40% or more (FINAL SALE)

Return Procedure

Before returning a product:

  1. Repack the item securely using appropriate packaging.

  2. Clearly label the package with both return and shipping addresses.

  3. Ship the parcel at your own expense to the address below.

  4. Obtain and retain proof of postage/shipping.

Please allow:

  • 1–2 weeks after we receive your return for processing

  • One billing cycle for refunds to appear on your statement

The Soccer Fanatic is not responsible for lost items during transit. Please keep your shipping receipt and insurance documentation.
