DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY

What If I Think an Item Is Defective?

SoccerFanatic.ca Warranty: 30 days from the date of purchase

Due to the intense nature of the game, soccer equipment—especially footwear and goalkeeper gloves—will naturally experience normal wear and tear. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Colour loss

  • Material wear

  • Loose threads

  • Small gaps between the outsole and upper

Normal wear and tear can appear even within the first few uses and is both expected and unavoidable. These occurrences do not indicate a manufacturer defect (poor workmanship or faulty materials).

True manufacturing defects are rare and typically become evident within 30 days of purchase. A product’s price does not guarantee longevity; it reflects the quality of materials and technology used in its design.

Manufacturer Warranties

  • Most products sold through soccerfanatic.ca include a manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Customers seeking details about a manufacturer’s warranty must contact the manufacturer directly.

  • The soccerfanatic.ca warranty applies only to original purchases and does not extend to replacement items.

  • Replacement items are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and are not covered by the soccerfanatic.ca warranty. Manufacturer warranties may still apply.
